1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of nexaelectric.ae and to any order you place through it. The website is operated by Nexa Electric, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products and information

We make every effort to describe our products accurately, including specifications, images and part numbers. Product images are for illustration, and manufacturers may change packaging or minor details. If you need a product for a specific technical application, please confirm its suitability with us before ordering.

3. Prices, VAT and currency

• Prices are set in UAE Dirhams (AED). UAE VAT at 5% is added at checkout and shown separately.
• Prices shown in US Dollars (USD) are for convenience only and are converted from AED. Orders are charged in AED.
• Delivery charges, if any, are shown in your cart and at checkout before you place your order.
• We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.

4. Orders

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not yet an acceptance of your order. We accept your order when we confirm it or dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

5. Payment

We currently accept:

• Cash on delivery: payment is made when your order is delivered.
• Online payment: we email you payment instructions after you place your order. Your order is processed once payment is received.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Arab Emirates. Delivery times given are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please check your order when it arrives and tell us about any damage or missing items as soon as possible.

7. Returns and faulty goods

If a product arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number. Depending on the case, we will repair, replace or refund it. Please contact us before sending anything back. Other return requests are considered case by case, and products must be unused and in their original packaging. Your rights under UAE consumer protection law are not affected.

8. Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one applies. Products must be installed and used by suitably qualified persons, in line with the manufacturer's instructions and applicable electrical regulations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by incorrect installation or use of a product. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

10. Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity under your account.

11. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
